Listing Terms
By listing your holiday homes on this website, you agree to the conditions which are contained on this page. You further agree to check this page once a month for any change in terms and conditions, which may be made from time to time. Any changes will also be notified to you by email.

All tools and resources on this website are made freely available for your use, but you may not offer the use of any of these tools and resources elsewhere unless specifically allowed to do so on this website, or by our written consent. You may not post any contact information in any part of your listing, with the exception of any specific request on any of the website's forms. Specifically, no contact information of any type may be posted on the home description, facilities or terms and condition sections. Any member abusing this rule, will be automatically removed from the website without any consultation.

Please note, all prices on the website must include all taxes and be the final price the guest pays, with the exception of when you are requesting an additional cash cleaning fee on arrival. This will have been agreed by the guest via the website prior to rental fee payment being taken and the booking confirmed.

Please advise us of any additional cash extras to be paid upon arrival, so that we can include these details in the Terms and Conditions section of your advert (administrated solely by Nice Old Town Holiday Rentals).

Owners agree to update their availability calendars as soon as bookings are received whether via Nice Old Town Holiday Rentals or elsewhere.


Booking Terms and Payment Schedule
By offering your property for bookings on this website, you accept that all bookings are made through Nice Old Town Holiday Rentals and that no direct bookings may be entered into with any guest who comes to you through this website.

Nice Old Town Holiday Rentals will collect all payments for the holiday home on your behalf, comprising a non-refundable 25% deposit payment and the non-refundable balance payment six weeks prior to the holiday.

Full payment for your first booking via Nice Old Town Holiday Rentals will be sent to you the day after arrival of the guest. For subsequent bookings, full payment for the holiday home will be sent to you when the full balance has been received, six weeks prior to the guest's arrival date.

Nice Old Town Holiday Rentals will notify you when a request for dates is received and you must reply to confirm the request within 48 hours. Members who repeatedly do not respond within the allocated timeframe will be automatically removed from the website without any consultation.

Upon receiving your confirmation, Nice Old Town Holiday Rentals will then take the non-refundable 25% deposit payment for you to confirm the booking.

The home which is booked must be the actual home the guest is placed in. If in exceptional circumstances this is not possible, please contact us to approve any changes to the booking.

Any problems or damage caused to your property by the guest should be addressed directly with the guest.

Contact With Guests
Once a booking is placed in your home, the guest's contact information is available through your personal control panel. You are then allowed and encouraged to contact the guest and introduce yourself to them and to make the usual arrangements regarding check-in and out etc.

You will be expected to send full directions, instructions and any further information to the guest no later than 7 days prior to the arrival date.

Any future bookings the guest makes directly with you will be solely between you and the guest. Nice Old Town Holiday Rentals will not be entitled to any commission, neither will be responsible for the booking in any way.

If, however, the guest books your property again via Nice Old Town Holiday Rentals, we will charge the guest our usual fee. You will still receive your rental amount in full, as usual.

Under no circumstances may the guest's information be passed to any other company, other than your management agency, for the benefit of the guest's stay.
