Yes, it's true! There is absolutely no cost to you to list your property on this website and there is no limit to the number of properties you may include. You do not even have to pay us a commission on bookings received.
You simply have to enter the details of your property, including the prices you wish to receive and we add our costs on top to make the final price the guest will pay for their stay. We take care of collecting all payments for you and guarantee that you will receive the total price you request within your listing. There is also an additional Terms & Conditions section within your advertisement, where you can ask us to include details of any cash fees (such as for cleaning or security deposits) payable upon arrival.
We will put you directly in touch with the guest to make your usual check-in, check-out arrangements, as we realise how important it is to you to be in control of your bookings.
We will happily help you create your entry, if you require assistance. Just point us to where we can find the details of your home, including pictures and prices and we will do all the hard work for you, leaving you to just sit back and wait for the bookings to roll in.

We do realise that you will already be advertising your property on a number of other websites. However, we believe our website will produce valuable bookings for you because, to our knowledge, we are the only website dedicated to offering rental holiday accommodation solely in the Old Town of Nice and Promenade des Anglais, rather than the entire city.
Further, if you search on Google for 'Nice Old Town', you will find us prominently displayed at, or very near, the top of the results on the first page. If a guest is looking for accommodation in Nice Old Town, our site will be the first rental website they will be offered by Google.
