This south-facing apartment is very conveniently located in a quiet street within 250 metres of the beaches and the famous Promenade des Anglais. There are countless appealing pavement cafes, restaurants, brasseries, bistros and bars just 200 metres away.
The apartment is perfectly situated for you to enjoy everything that the Old Town of Nice has to offer.
Within the apartment, there is an elegant Louis XVI style sofa in the living room, which opens up into a proper mattress bed to sleep two more, if required.
The bedroom contains a large double bed which has twin single mattresses and bases and therefore can be separated to make 2 single beds, if preferable.
The very appealing, welcoming and sun-filled living room has French windows so you can step out onto a small balcony and absorb the charming view up and down the quiet Old Town street.
The American kitchen is fully-equipped and the shower room has been newly fitted.
A spacious walk-in cupboard/wardrobe/storeroom and marble-tiled floors throughout are added benefits.
To keep the apartment cooler on very hot days, the windows and balcony doors have the traditional louvred wooden shutters, so typical of the Old Town.

The owner of this property will require you to sign their own booking contract, in advance of your arrival, which you agree to do by proceeding with your booking. The owner's contract will not include any requests for additional funds and is merely a document outlining their terms with regards your use of the property.
As no security deposit is requested for this property, the owner will require credit card details in case of any damage or breakages to the property or it's fixtures and fittings during your tenancy. These credit card details will be destroyed once the apartment has been cleaned, checked and found to be in a satisfactory condition following your departure.
Towels are not offered with this property and you are therefore advised to bring your own. However, if specifically requested to the owner, towels can be provided for a small fee, payable directly to the owner prior to arrival. 1 person - 4 euros; 2 people - 7 euros; 3 people - 10 euros; 4 people – 12 euros; 5 people - 14 euros; 6 people - 16 euros.
