Prices
All prices displayed on this website include all local taxes. Any optional extras will be included within the advertisement.
Any cleaning fees payable in cash upon arrival will be notified to you, for your agreement, prior to confirming your booking and taking payment.
Please Note: A 3% Credit Card Fee will apply to all bookings and will be applied to all prices shown at the point of payment.
All payments must be made by credit card.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the balance will be payable to secure the booking.
The balance of funds for the booking will be payable six weeks prior to your arrival date.
Please note that if the booking is made within 6 weeks of the arrival date, the total amount of the cost will be payable at the time of booking.
Booking Terms
By booking a home on this website, you accept the terms of this website as follows.
The home you request to book is the specific home you will be renting, but is subject to confirmation within 48 hours of receiving your enquiry.
Nice Old Town Holiday Rentals will collect all payments for the holiday home, including deposit of 25%, and balance payment.
The 25% deposit and balance payments are non-refundable and will not be returned should you cancel your holiday.
After Booking
Full directions and instructions will be sent to you directly by the owner of the holiday property, following receipt of the balance payment and no later than 7 days prior to your arrival date.
Any problems that may occur with the property during your stay and any resulting issues should be addressed directly with the owner.
