in the heart of Nice’s Old Town.
The apartment
benefits from a good-sized balcony with breathtaking
panoramic views of the sea, mountains and
rooftops of Old Nice, as well as an unobstructed
view of the Chateau de Colline (Chateau Hill)
from the dining area. There is also a marvellous
sea view from the kitchen.
The beach is only 30m from the apartment and the
famous Cours Saleya is just a few steps from the
front door. The Cours Saleya is home to the daily
flower and local produce market (antiquities on
a Monday) and all of the main restaurants and bars
are also situated here. The Port is a five to ten-minute
stroll from the apartment, along the beach.
